Trust actions

What is a trust action?

A Trust Action can involve many things.  Sometimes it is simply asking the court to name a new trustee because an existing trustee is no longer able to serve or is unwilling to serve.  In addition, sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and the way a trust is written prohibits the money from being used in a beneficial and necessary way.  A trust action can be filed, asking the court to take a look at the situation and see if the trust can be modified.

Sometimes a trust action can involve dispute between beneficiaries and trustees and other disputes.  At this time, we are not handling trust actions.  If you are in need of an attorney to assist in some contested matter involving a trust, please feel free to give us a call and we will assist you in finding the right attorney.
