The Cost of Setting up an LLC is $400 + costs of filing ($130).
This cost includes:

1.	Filling out and filing the Articles of Organization
2.	Name search and reservation with Secretary of State
3.	Create Joint Operating agreement
4.	Serve as Registered Agent for first 6 months
5.	Expedited handling to Secretary of State
6.	Tax ID application
7.	Expedited delivery of documents to client
